Description

This recipe is designed for the Panasonic 18 multicooker, with a bowl capacity of 4.5 liters and a power of 670 watts. The maximum temperature of the device in the 'Baking' mode is 180 degrees Celsius. The recipe is adapted from a website: multivarka-recepti.ru, author Jane D. Original link: http://multivarka-recepti.ru/hleb-bulochki-kulichi-v-multivarke/belyj-hleb-v-multivarke There is also a step-by-step recipe with photos available there. The bread made in the multicooker turns out very tasty and fluffy!

Ingredients

  • Water 15 fl oz
  • Salt 1 tablespoon
  • Dry yeast 0 oz
  • Sugar 1 tablespoon
  • Wheat Flour 30 oz
  • Vegetable Oil 2 tablespoons

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Dissolve the yeast in warm water (or milk), add sugar and salt. Mix well. If desired, you can add two to three tablespoons of vegetable oil to the dough. Gradually add the flour, kneading a soft, elastic dough. The dough should not stick to your hands.

Step 2

Cover the dough with a towel and place it in a warm place for one hour.

Step 3

The dough should rise and increase in volume two to three times.

Step 4

After proofing, knead the dough again and shape it into a ball. Place this 'ball' in the greased bowl of the multicooker, turn on the warming function for 10-15 minutes, then turn off the multicooker and let the bread rise (40-50 minutes should be sufficient). It usually rises to the last marks 8-9. Do not let it rise more, as it will press against the lid of the multicooker.

Step 5

Bake the white bread in the multicooker in 'baking' mode for 60 minutes on one side.

Step 6

Then carefully flip the bread and set it for another 40 minutes on 'baking'. It is best to flip the bread using a large towel; wrap the bowl with the towel and turn the bowl over onto the table. If you want a more golden crust, you can bake longer: 60+40 minutes on one side, and 30 minutes on the other (this is advice for those with a Panasonic multicooker).

Step 7

Carefully remove the finished bread from the multicooker and let it cool completely.
