  • Wheat Flour 5 oz
  • Chicken Egg 2 pieces
  • Milk 10 fl oz
  • Salt ½ spoons
  • Feijoa 15 oz
  • Fresh Mint 0 oz
  • Lemon 1 piece
  • Sugar 2 spoons

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Mix the flour, salt, and eggs with the milk until smooth. Let it rest for twenty minutes in a cool place while you prepare the filling.

Step 2

To do this, grate the lemon zest, blend the feijoa fruit with sugar, lemon juice, and gently torn mint leaves in a blender.

Step 3

After that, take out the dough, heat up the frying pan, and brush it with vegetable oil to make thin pancakes. Spread the green feijoa paste on the pancakes and fold them into an envelope or in any other way, depending on whether you will be eating the pancakes with a knife and fork or by hand. This also depends on whether you want to get messy with the green sauce or not.
