  • Mint 0 oz

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Prepare the marzipan: Pour boiling water over the almonds, let sit for 10 minutes, and peel off the skins. Dry the peeled almonds in a dry skillet and grind them into flour in a blender. Combine water with sugar and cook to make syrup. Add the almond flour to the syrup, mix well, and cook for 3-4 minutes. Sprinkle powdered sugar on a silicone mat and place the marzipan mixture on it. Shape it into a rectangle – the marzipan is ready.

Step 2

Place the finished marzipan on a plate and drizzle with raspberry puree.

Step 3

Cut the watermelon into cubes and place them on the marzipan.

Step 4

Next, prepare the basil syrup: blend basil with 5 ml of water and 5 g of sugar.

Step 5

Garnish with raspberry sorbet, meringue, a sprig of fresh mint, and drizzle with basil syrup.
