- Sugar 5 oz
- Campari 0 fl oz
- Watermelon 15 oz

Step 1
In a saucepan, combine sugar and 180 ml of water. Bring to a boil, stirring until the sugar dissolves, remove from heat, and add Campari. Cool.
Step 2
In a blender, puree the watermelon flesh until smooth. Add the cooled syrup and mix.
Step 3
Pour the mixture into an ice cream maker or container and place in the freezer, stirring every 30 minutes until set.
