Watermelon sherbet
Ingredients
- Watermelon 5 lbs
- Mint 0 oz
- Sugar 0 oz
- Vodka 5 fl oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Remove the seeds from the watermelon and blend it with sugar and mint in a blender. Pour the mixture into a mold and place it in the freezer for one hour. Take it out and use a fork to break up the freezing mixture, then return it to the freezer. Repeat this process three to four times until you achieve a uniformly frozen crumb.
Step 2
Before serving, distribute the sorbet into glasses, pouring half a shot of vodka into each.
