Step-by-Step Guide

Prepare all the ingredients.
Step 2
Wash and dry the watermelon. Cut it into wedges, remove the rind, and seed it.
Step 3
Cut the watermelon into 3 cm cubes.
Step 4
Transfer the watermelon to a pot and sprinkle with sugar. Let it sit for 2 hours.
Step 5
Place the pot on low heat and bring the watermelon with sugar to a boil. Simmer for 5 minutes and remove from heat.
Step 6
Once the mixture has cooled completely, simmer it again for 5 minutes.
Step 7
Let the jam cool slightly, then stir in the lemon juice and the pectin dissolved in 150 ml of warm water. Bring the jam to a boil again, remove from heat, and mix thoroughly.
Step 8
Sterilize the jars and lids over steam for 15 minutes.
Step 9
Transfer the hot jam into jars and seal them.
Step 10
Serve the watermelon jam with tea.
