Watermelon Ice
Ingredients
- Watermelon 20 oz
- Meyer Lemon Juice 1 tablespoon
- Mint Leaves 5 pieces
- Honey 1 teaspoon
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Prepare the necessary ingredients.
Step 2
Cut the watermelon. Separate the flesh from the rind, cut into large cubes, and remove the seeds.
Step 3
Place the chopped watermelon flesh into a blender bowl.
Step 4
Pour 1 tablespoon of freshly squeezed lemon juice into the blender bowl.
Step 5
Wash the mint thoroughly under running water, separate 5 leaves, and add them to the blender bowl.
Step 6
Blend all the ingredients well with an immersion blender until smooth.
Step 7
Spoon off any foam that forms.
Step 8
Add 1 teaspoon of honey to the bowl. Stir slightly.
Step 9
Wash and dry the ice cream molds thoroughly.
Step 10
Fill all the molds with the fruit mixture. Cover with a lid.
Step 11
Place the molds with the fruit ice in the freezer for at least 4 hours, until fully frozen.
Step 12
Before serving, to make it easier to remove the fruit ice, place the molds in hot water for 5 seconds, then carefully remove the ice.
