  • Orange Bell Peppers ½ piece
  • Chopped Sage Leaves ¼ cup

  • Red Wine Vinegar 3 tablespoons
  • Shallot 1 head
  • Olive Oil 2 tablespoons
  • Salt to taste

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

In a large bowl, combine diced watermelon flesh, peeled and diced cucumber, diced bell pepper, basil, parsley, vinegar, minced shallot, and olive oil.

Step 2

Blend 3 cups of the mixture in a blender and pour it into the bowl with the remaining ingredients. Add salt to taste.
