Ingredients
- Butter 1 tablespoon
- Unsalted peanuts, shelled 3 cups
- Ocean salt ¼ teaspoon
- Thyme to taste
- Lemon 1 piece
- Orange zest ½ piece

Preheat the oven to 375°F.
Step 2
Spread the nuts in a single layer on a baking sheet and place in the oven for 15 minutes, until the skins of the nuts turn dark and begin to peel. Remove from the oven.

In a large skillet over medium heat, melt the butter and cook for about a minute until the characteristic aroma appears.
Step 4
Add the salt and nuts to the butter. Mix well and add the thyme. Sauté for a minute.
Step 5
Then add the grated zest of half an orange and 1 lemon, reserving some for garnish. Mix and remove from heat.
Step 6
Let cool slightly, transfer to a bowl, and sprinkle with the remaining zest. Serve warm.
