  • Liquid dark chocolate 5 oz
  • Butter 5 oz
  • Farm fresh eggs 3 pieces
  • Egg white 3 pieces
  • Sugar 6 tablespoons
  • Salt a pinch
  • Wheat Flour 6 tablespoons
  • Whipped Cream to taste

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Preheat the oven to 355°F. Grease 6 small soufflé dishes with butter.

Step 2

In a saucepan, combine chopped chocolate and butter and melt over a water bath until smooth. Let it cool slightly.

Step 3

Using a mixer, beat the eggs, yolks, sugar, and salt until light and fluffy. Gradually add the cooled chocolate to the egg mixture. Add the flour and mix well. Divide the batter among the dishes and place them on a baking sheet.

Step 4

Bake for 18 minutes until done. Let cool slightly and serve warm with whipped cream.
