Ingredients
- Sugar ¾ cup
- Wheat Flour 1 cup
- Chopped Walnuts 5 oz
- Brandy 2 tablespoons
- Butter 5 oz
- Raisins 5 oz
- Starch 1 tablespoon
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Rinse the raisins and soak them in liqueur or brandy.
Step 2
Cream the butter with sugar using a wooden spoon.
Step 3
Gradually add the yolks, raisins, walnuts, sifted flour, and starch.
Step 4
Whip the egg whites and mix everything together.
Step 5
Place the batter in a well-greased and floured mold or baking tray with high edges.
Step 6
Bake for 25-35 minutes at 180–200° C.
