Ingredients
- Wheat Flour 0 lbs
- Potato protein 1 tablespoon
- Sugar ¾ cup
- Butter 5 oz
- Chocolate eggs 3 pieces
- Walnuts 5 oz
- Cognac 2 tablespoons
- Raisins 5 oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Rinse the raisins and soak them in cognac.
Step 2
In a bowl, cream the butter with sugar using a wooden spatula, and gradually beat in the egg yolks.
Step 3
Then mix the mixture with the raisins and chopped walnuts. Add the sifted flour, starch, beaten egg whites, and gently mix everything.
Step 4
Grease a baking sheet with butter and sprinkle with flour. Place the dough on the baking sheet and bake for 25-35 minutes at 355°F.
