Ingredients
- Wheat Flour 10 oz
- Sugar 5 oz
- Baking Powder 0 oz
- Salt 0 oz
- Milk 5 fl oz
- Whole egg 1 piece
- Vegetable Oil 5 fl oz
- Jam 0 oz
- Chopped almonds 0 oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 390°F. Grease the muffin tin with oil or place paper liners in each cavity.
Step 2
In a bowl, mix the flour, sugar, baking powder, salt, and walnuts.
Step 3
In another bowl, lightly beat the egg with the milk and vegetable oil.
Step 4
Combine both mixtures and mix well (the batter will be slightly lumpy).
Step 5
Fill the muffin cups halfway with batter, then add a small amount of jam and top with the remaining batter. Bake for 20-25 minutes until done, checking with a toothpick.
Step 6
Leave in the pan for 1 minute, then transfer to a plate.
