Ingredients
- Chicken Egg 4 pieces
- Margarine 10 oz
- Sugar 5 oz
- Wheat Flour 5 oz
- Vanilla Ice Cream 5 oz
- Chocolate 5 oz
- Powdered Sugar to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Whisk the eggs thoroughly with sugar.
Step 2
Melt the margarine and warm it before pouring it into the eggs, add the flour and mix well again.
Step 3
Let the batter rest for about 20 minutes.
Step 4
Preheat the waffle maker, spoon the batter onto it, and bake the pancakes until golden brown.
Step 5
Immediately roll each pancake into a loose roll.
Step 6
When the rolls cool down, fill them with cream ice cream and drizzle melted dark chocolate over the top.
Step 7
You can add chopped nuts, raisins, or berry jam to the filling, and garnish with a sprig of mint on top.
Step 8
Generously sprinkle powdered sugar over the dish.
Step 9
Serve slightly warm.
