Ingredients
- Waffle 8 pieces
- Apricot Jam 15 oz
- Butter 5 oz
- Liquid dark chocolate 5 oz
- Sugar 0 oz
- Egg white 6 pieces
- Chopped almonds 1 cup
- Condensed Milk 5 oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Beat the egg yolks and sugar using a mixer.
Step 2
Melt the butter and chocolate in a water bath, then let it cool slightly. Combine the chocolate with the egg mixture, add the walnuts, and mix well.
Step 3
Spread the chocolate cream, condensed milk, and jam alternately on the waffles (it's better to use wide ones) until they are all used up.
Step 4
Press the finished cake with a heavy object and chill in the refrigerator. Before serving, cut into pieces with a sharp knife.
