Ingredients
- Potato protein 1 cup
- Sugar ½ cup
- Chocolate eggs 3 pieces
- Cinnamon to taste
- Citrus Zest Mix to taste
- Condensed Milk 2 cans
- Margarine 5 oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Start boiling the condensed milk.
Step 2
Beat the eggs with sugar.
Step 3
Gradually add slightly cooled melted margarine (butter is better) to the beaten eggs while mixing vigorously.
Step 4
Add the starch, grated lemon zest, and stir.
Step 5
Bake the waffle sheets in a waffle iron.
Step 6
As the sheets are baked, stack them on a plate one on top of the other, spreading with boiled condensed milk.
Step 7
Once the cake is ready, place it in the refrigerator to cool.
