Vietnamese Chicken Salad
Ingredients
- Skin-On Chicken Breasts 2 pieces
- Lime Juice 2 tablespoons
- Fish Oil 1½ tablespoons
- Sugar ¼ teaspoon
- Mild Chili Spice 2 pieces
- Garlic 1 clove
- Shallot 2 pieces
- Chinese green beans 1 head
- Mint Leaves 4 tablespoons
- Peanut Sprouts ½ cup
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Cut the chicken into small pieces, fry or boil it.
Step 2
Mix lime juice, fish sauce, sugar, chopped chili, garlic, and shallot.
Step 3
Bring a pot of water to a boil and add the bean sprouts. After 10 seconds, drain and rinse under cold water.
Step 4
In a bowl, combine the sprouts, chopped Chinese cabbage, chopped mint, and chicken. Drizzle the salad with the dressing and mix well.
