Viennese waffles without a waffle maker
Ingredients
- Chicken Egg 2 pieces
- Condensed Milk 5 oz
- Butter 5 oz
- Baking Powder 1 teaspoon
- Vanillin a pinch
- Wheat Flour 5 oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 390°F
Step 2
Lightly beat the two eggs until the whites and yolks are combined, avoiding froth
Step 3
Mix the condensed milk (not concentrated) with the butter until smooth, adding a pinch of vanillin
Step 4
Combine all the ingredients, gradually adding the flour and stirring. Don't forget to add the baking powder!
Step 5
For the waffles, I bought special silicone molds, each mold is designed for two servings. The mold should be well greased with butter
Step 6
Carefully place the prepared batter into the mold
Step 7
Put it in the oven for 15-20 minutes
Step 8
For decoration, you can use any toppings; in my case, it's powdered sugar, Hershey's chocolate syrup, and homemade ice cream
