- Chicken Egg 3 pieces
- Milk 10 fl oz
- Wheat Flour 5 oz

Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Cream the butter with the sugar and vanilla. Add the eggs and milk, and mix well. Gradually incorporate the sifted flour and baking powder, mixing thoroughly. Cover with a lid and let it rest for 30 minutes.
Step 2
Preheat the waffle maker for 10 minutes. Grease it with butter. Spoon the batter onto the waffle maker. Bake for 3–5 minutes until golden brown. You should get tender and soft Viennese waffles.

The cooled waffles can be dusted with powdered sugar, drizzled with honey, or topped with sweetened condensed milk.
