  • Wheat Flour 5 oz
  • Brown Sugar 5 oz
  • Cocoa Powder 0 oz
  • Farm fresh eggs 3 pieces
  • Salt a pinch
  • Liquid dark chocolate 5 oz
  • Baking Powder 2 teaspoons

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

First, preheat the oven to 355°F.

Step 2

Melt the butter and chocolate in a double boiler (you can also use a microwave, it's much quicker), let it cool, then add the beaten eggs, sugar, salt, and cocoa, mixing everything well. Then, gently fold in the flour with the baking powder. Mix thoroughly until you achieve a smooth, creamy consistency.

Step 3

Pour the batter into greased muffin tins and bake for 15–20 minutes. Check for doneness with a toothpick.

Step 4

Don't rush to take the muffins out of the oven; let them cool inside with the door slightly open.
