Ingredients
- Chicken Egg 4 pieces
- Raw cane sugar 5 oz
- Honey 3 spoons
- Liquid dark chocolate 10 oz
- Liquid dark chocolate 5 oz
- Butter 5 oz
- Vanilla salt 0 oz
- Wheat Flour 5 oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 355°F.
Step 2
Break all the chocolate into pieces and melt it in a double boiler.
Step 3
Beat 4 eggs, adding both types of sugar and honey. Whisk for about 3 minutes.
Step 4
Place the butter in a bowl and melt it over a water bath. Once the butter is liquid, mix it with the melted chocolate until smooth.
Step 5
Pour the chocolate mixture into the beaten eggs and mix well. Then add the flour and mix again.
Step 6
Line a deep baking dish with parchment paper and pour the prepared mousse into it.
Step 7
Place in the oven and bake for 25 minutes.
