Description
This dessert is served at a restaurant called The Oven, created by pastry chef John Smith.
Ingredients
- Mascarpone Cheese Unagrande 10 oz
- Whole egg 5 oz
- Sugar 0 oz
- Ground Coffee 0 oz
- Espresso 5 fl oz
- Water 0 fl oz
- Cognac 0 oz
- Savoiardi Cookies 0 oz
- Cocoa Powder 0 oz
- Powdered Sugar 0 oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Using a blender, combine all the ingredients for the creamy base.
Step 2
Mix all the marinade ingredients together.
Step 3
Place the ladyfinger cookies at the bottom of a clear cup or parfait glass, previously soaked in 50 ml of the soaking liquid.
Step 4
Top with 45 grams of cream base.
Step 5
Then layer the savoiardi again and top with another 45 g of the cream base.
Step 6
Let it rest in the refrigerator for at least 7 hours.
Step 7
Before serving, sprinkle with a mixture of cocoa powder and powdered sugar.
