Ingredients
- Courgette 2 pieces
- Butter 2 spoons
- Onion 1 piece
- Garlic 1 clove
- Curry 1 tablespoon
- Cream ½ glasses
- Chicken Broth ½ l
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Slice the zucchini into wedges and sauté with finely chopped onion and garlic in a skillet with butter, without covering it with a lid.
Step 2
When the vegetables become soft (they should not be browned), puree them in a blender.
Step 3
Then add the broth, cream, curry powder, and blend again.
Step 4
Place on the heat, bring to a gentle boil, and serve.
