  • Onion ½ head
  • Potato 1 piece
  • Carrot ½ piece
  • Garlic 1 clove
  • Vegetable Oil 2 tablespoons
  • Potato 2 pieces
  • Bouillon cube 1 piece
  • Canned Baby Beets 1 can
  • Green Peas 1 cup
  • Green peppercorns 3 pieces
  • Bay leaf 2 pieces

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Peel the potatoes, cut them into cubes, and put them to boil. Add the bouillon cube to the water.

Step 2

Peel the carrot, tomato, onion, and garlic, then chop them into small cubes and sauté on low heat, adding vegetable oil. When the vegetables become softer, add the can of beans, stir, and sauté for another 5 minutes.

Step 3

When the potatoes are cooked, add the vegetables and the cup of green peas (thawed). Cook the soup for another 5 minutes and add the black peppercorns and bay leaves.
