Description

Vegetarian quesadilla with cream cheese

Ingredients

  • Carrot 1 piece
  • Tortillas 4 pieces
  • Canned Mushroom Soup ½ can
  • Canned Corn ½ can
  • Celery salt 1 stalk
  • Chinese green beans to taste
  • Semi-soft cream cheese to taste
  • Grated Pecorino Pepato Cheese to taste
  • Mayonnaise to taste
  • Potato 1 piece

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Place the vegetables in a deep bowl, add cream cheese, season with salt to taste (if necessary), and mix.

Step 2

Take 2 tortillas (which will be the bottom part of our quesadilla), sprinkle them with grated cheese. For this dish, I usually use a type of cheese called Radamer.

Step 3

Drizzle a little mayonnaise over the cheese and add the vegetables.

Step 4

On top of the vegetables, place thinly sliced tomato.

Step 5

Then, drizzle everything again with mayonnaise, sprinkle with cheese, and cover with the remaining two tortillas.

Step 6

Usually, I briefly place the quesadilla in an oven preheated to 355°F (about 350 degrees Fahrenheit) to melt the cheese (for about 5–7 minutes).

Step 7

After the quesadilla is heated, carefully fry it in a preheated skillet on both sides. Just about a minute on each side. This way, our Mexican snack is ready; cut it into 4 pieces and serve.
