Description

  • Water 5 qt
  • Sausages 4 pieces
  • Salad Potatoes 4 pieces
  • Frozen green bean pods 10 oz
  • Carrot 1 piece
  • Onion 1 head
  • Orange Bell Peppers 1 piece
  • Dill ½ bunch
  • Vegetable Oil 2 tablespoons
  • Allspice berries 3 pieces
  • Salt to taste

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Bring the water to a boil. Peel the potatoes, cut them into small pieces, and add them to the boiling water along with the allspice pepper, cooking on low heat.

Step 2

Peel the onion and carrot. Dice the onion and cut the carrot into quarter rounds.

Step 3

Sauté the onion until golden, then add the carrot and continue to sauté until soft, stirring constantly to prevent burning. Then add everything to the potatoes.

Step 4

Cut the sausages into half-rounds. Remove the seeds from the pepper and dice it. About 5–10 minutes before the soup is done, add the peas, pepper, and sausages.

Step 5

Finally, add salt and dill. Let it simmer under the lid for 2 minutes.
