- Chicken Broth 8 cups

- Red Lentils 2 cups
- Carrots 2 pieces
- Spinach 5 oz
- Salt to taste
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
- Natural non-fat yogurt 5 oz
- Chopped chives 1 tablespoon
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
In a small pot, heat the oil over medium heat.

Add the onion and cook, stirring, until it becomes soft and light golden in color.
