Ingredients
- Salad Potatoes 20 oz
- Cauliflower 25 oz
- Chicken Broth 15 fl oz
- Salt to taste
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
- Canned Tomatoes (Pelati) 1 can
- Red Long Chili Peppers to taste
- Onion 1 head
- Chopped Sage Leaves 2 tablespoons
- Chicken Egg 1 piece
- Breadcrumbs 3 tablespoons
- Veal Mince 15 oz
- Herbs 1 bunch
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Clean the cauliflower. Peel the potatoes and cut them into cubes. Bring the broth to a boil and cook the vegetables for 20 minutes.
Step 2
Pass the tomatoes through a sieve. Add the resulting puree to the cauliflower along with the juice from the can. Season with salt and pepper.
Step 3
Finely chop the onion. Mix it with parsley, egg, breadcrumbs, and minced meat. Season the prepared mixture with salt and pepper.
Step 4
Shape the minced meat into balls the size of walnuts and add them to the soup. Simmer for 15 minutes. Season with spices again and sprinkle with herbs.
