- Eggplants 1 piece
- Tomatoes 2 pieces
- Onion ½ piece
- Salad Potatoes 5 pieces
- Carrot 1 piece
- Garlic 1 clove

Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Peel and chop the potatoes, then put them to boil. Add the finely chopped carrot.
Step 2
Make a sauté. In a pan, fry the onion and garlic (1 clove for aroma). Later, add the eggplant, diced (about 5 x 5 mm).
Step 3
In the nearly cooked potatoes, add the diced tomato and cook for another two minutes, then add the sauté and let it steep.
