Ingredients
- Bell pepper 1 piece
- Green Peas 4 tablespoons
- Chicken Egg 1 piece
- Fat-Free Yogurt 1 jar
- Carrot 1 piece
- Olive Oil 1 tablespoon
- Parsley to taste
- Green Onion to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Grate the carrot on a coarse grater and sauté it in olive oil. You can add a tablespoon of tomato paste (this will replace salt and give color to your soup).
Step 2
Finely chop the herbs.
Step 3
Cut the bell pepper into wedges.
Step 4
Boil the egg, peel it, and cut it into 4 pieces.
Step 5
Add the sautéed carrot to boiling water.
Step 6
Add the bell pepper and green peas.
Step 7
Add the herbs.
Step 8
Cook for 10 minutes.
