Ingredients

  • Poultry 15 oz
  • Onion 1 piece
  • Carrot 2 pieces
  • Potato 4 pieces
  • Broccoli 5 oz
  • Tomatoes 2 pieces
  • Salt to taste
  • Ground Black Pepper to taste

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Thoroughly rinse the chicken, place it in a pot, and cover with 2 liters of water. Bring to a boil, skim off the foam, and simmer on low heat for 30–40 minutes.

Step 2

Chop the onion, grate the carrot, then sauté the mixture in olive oil until lightly golden. Add salt and pepper.

Step 3

Remove the cooked chicken from the broth. Add broccoli, diced potatoes, the sautéed onion and carrot mixture, and sliced tomatoes to the broth. Cook the vegetables for 15–20 minutes. Add salt and pepper.

Step 4

Cut the chicken into pieces. Separate the meat from the bones. Add the meat to the soup.
