Ingredients

  • Salad Potatoes 5 pieces
  • Onion 1 piece
  • Vegetable Oil to taste
  • Carrot 1 piece
  • Orange Bell Peppers 5 oz
  • Buckwheat Groats 5 oz
  • Dill to taste
  • Salt to taste

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Peel the potatoes and cut them into cubes.

Step 2

Peel the carrot and grate it on a coarse grater.

Step 3

Chop the onion.

Step 4

Cut the bell pepper into cubes.

Step 5

Sauté the carrot and onion in vegetable oil.

Step 6

Boil the potatoes in salted water. When the potatoes are halfway cooked, add the sautéed mixture.

Step 7

Add the bell pepper.

Step 8

Rinse the buckwheat thoroughly several times in cold water.

Step 9

Add it to the soup and cook until fully cooked.
