- Bell pepper 2 pieces
- Cauliflower ½ piece
- Potato 5 pieces
- Carrot 1 piece
- Pasta to taste
- Onion 1 head
- Vegetable Seasoning to taste
- Salt to taste
- Vegetable Oil to taste
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Wash and peel the vegetables.
Step 2
Add the potatoes to boiling water and let them cook for 15–20 minutes.
Step 3
Divide the cauliflower into medium-sized pieces, slice the bell pepper into half-rings, and cut the carrot into thin rounds, then add them to the boiling potatoes. Also, add the pasta.
Step 4
Sauté the onion on low heat in vegetable oil, then add it to the boiling soup.
Step 5
Finally, add the seasoning, salt, and pepper. Optionally, add more pasta. Let it boil for 15 minutes. Add herbs to taste.
