Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Wash and peel all the vegetables.

Step 2

Cut the potato, carrot, and celery into large pieces.

Step 3

Place all the vegetables in water and cook for one hour on low heat in a pot or in a slow cooker on the 'soup' setting.

Step 4
