- Cauliflower 10 oz
- Carrot 5 oz
- Grated Parmesan cheese 1 tablespoon

Bring 400 ml of water to a boil.

Add roughly chopped vegetables to the boiling water and cook for 10 minutes.
Step 3
Drain the vegetable broth into a cup.
Step 4
Blend the vegetables, add the broth, and puree until smooth.
