
Vegetable Puree Soup with Cheese and Rice

Description
Instead of tomatoes, you can use canned tomatoes in their own juice.
Ingredients
- Potato 1 piece
- Carrot 1 piece
- Onion 1 piece
- Rice 0 oz
- Tomatoes 3 pieces
- Hard Cheese 0 oz
- Water 20 fl oz
- Salt to taste
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Rinse the rice and cook it according to the instructions on the package.
Step 2
Peel and chop the potato, carrot, and onion into random pieces and boil them in boiling water.
Step 3
Add the tomatoes after removing the skin.
Step 4
While the vegetables are cooking, grate the cheese. When everything is ready, blend the soup until smooth, season with salt and pepper, and serve in a bowl or plate. Add a tablespoon of cooked rice on top, along with the grated cheese, and optionally some herbs.
