Ingredients
- Beetroot 5 oz
- Zucchini 5 oz
- Pumpkin 5 oz
- Herbes de Provence 1 tablespoon
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Wash the vegetables and cut them into thick sticks measuring 1.5x1.5 cm.
Step 2
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone baking mat. Arrange the sticks so that the vegetables do not touch each other. Sprinkle with Herbes de Provence.
Step 3
Place the baking sheet in a preheated oven at 170°C (340°F) for 30 minutes. The vegetables should be golden brown but not burnt.
Step 4
Serve with a cheese sauce or a yogurt sauce.
