Description
Very convenient and practical! This is especially evident when it's hard to find a use for 1 radish. You can use vegetables in any proportions, but it's better to use them in equal parts. It can be used raw, adding 1–5 tablespoons as a dressing for first vegetable dishes.
Ingredients
- Radish 1 piece
- Garlic to taste
- Beetroot 1 piece
- Salt to taste
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
- Vegetable Oil to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Wash, peel the vegetables, and grate them on a fine grater.
Step 2
Add the other ingredients and mix well.
Step 3
Transfer to small jars, pouring vegetable oil on top.
