Vegetable cream soup
Ingredients
- Courgette 1 piece
- Salad Potatoes 3 pieces
- Turnips 2 pieces
- Cream 5 fl oz
- Salt to taste
- Parsley 1 bunch
- Olive Oil 1 tablespoon
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Put water in a pot on the stove, add chopped zucchini, carrots, and potatoes. Cook until fully done. The amount of water should be one and a half times more than the vegetables.
Step 2
At the end of cooking, add oil, salt, cream, and seasonings of your choice.
Step 3
Remove from heat, mash with a wooden pestle or hand blender until smooth.
Step 4
Garnish with parsley before serving.
