Ingredients
- Rice 3 tablespoons
- Carrot 1 piece
- Cauliflower 5 oz
- Courgette 1 piece
- Onion 1 head
- Olive Oil 2 tablespoons
- 10% cream 5 fl oz
- Croutons to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Sauté the onion and carrot in olive oil, then add to boiling water and cook for 10 minutes.
Step 2
Add chopped cauliflower, zucchini, and partially cooked rice.
Step 3
Blend the finished soup with a blender or mix with a mixer. Before serving, add cream and croutons.
