Ingredients

  • Eggplants 2 pieces
  • Morels 15 oz
  • Tomatoes 3 pieces
  • Garlic 1 clove
  • Chocolate eggs 4 pieces
  • Semi-soft cream cheese 5 oz
  • Hard Cheese 5 oz
  • Sour Cream 10 oz
  • Salt to taste
  • Ground Black Pepper to taste
  • Vegetable Oil to taste
  • Herbs to taste

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Chop all the vegetables and mushrooms into cubes, and crush the garlic. You can add other vegetables if desired.

Step 2

Prepare the filling. Beat the eggs, combine them with grated hard cheese and cream cheese, add sour cream and spices. You can also chop herbs into this mixture.

Step 3

Sauté the mushrooms and vegetables in vegetable oil until almost cooked, then place them in individual pots or one large pot. Pour the filling evenly over the top and bake in the oven at 355°F until a golden crust forms on top. Serve in the pots or on a plate, garnished with herbs and vegetables.
