Ingredients
- Carrot 1 piece
- Onion 2 pieces
- Leek 2 stalks
- Ginger 1 piece
- Celery salt 2 stalks
- Parsley 1 bunch
- Dry White Wine 10 fl oz
- Bay leaf 2 pieces
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Chop the white part of the leek, the peeled carrot, 1 stalk of celery, 2 onions, and the ginger, and place them in a pot. Add the bunch of parsley, 1–2 bay leaves, the glass of wine, and 2 liters of water.
Step 2
Bring to a boil over high heat, then reduce to low heat and simmer in the pot until the liquid has evaporated by about one third.
