- Garlic 1 clove

- Leek 0 oz

- Green peppercorns 2 pieces
- Allspice berries 2 pieces
- Water 25 fl oz
- Ocean salt to taste

Step 1
Prepare the vegetables.
Step 2
Chop the vegetables into large pieces. Cut the onion in half.

Trim the green part of the leek.
Step 4
Dice the zucchini into small cubes.
Step 5
Place the chopped vegetables in a pot and cover with water. Set to high heat.

Add the peppercorns, sliced ginger, and garlic clove.

Once boiling, simmer for 40 minutes on medium heat, avoiding a rolling boil. Season with salt at the end.
