Ingredients

  • Coarsely Ground Rye Flour 10 oz
  • Olive Oil 0 fl oz
  • Water 5 fl oz
  • Ground Caraway a pinch
  • Salt to taste

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Add salt and oil to the flour, gradually dilute with the required amount of water, and knead until pliable.

Step 2

Place the finished dough in the refrigerator for 3–4 hours.

Step 3

Then roll out a thin layer (if it sticks to the rolling pin, sprinkle with flour). Cut the dough into strips of any thickness.

Step 4

Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and carefully place the crackers on it. Prick the crackers all over with a fork, sprinkle with salt and caraway seeds, and bake in a preheated oven at 390°F for 12–15 minutes.
