Ingredients
- Wheat Flour 1 cup
- Pumpkin puree 5 oz
- Vegetable Oil 0 fl oz
- Sugar 5 oz
- Nuts 0 fl oz
- Salt a pinch
- Lemon Juice 0 fl oz
- Baking Soda 0 oz
- Nutmeg to taste
- Cinnamon to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Mix the prepared pumpkin puree with sugar, oil, and beat with a mixer for 2 minutes on low speed.
Step 2
Add baking soda and lemon juice.
Step 3
In a separate bowl, sift the flour, mix it with spices, nuts, and salt, and combine with the pumpkin mixture. Mix well and let it sit for a while to thicken.
Step 4
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Step 5
Grease your hands with oil, scoop small pieces of dough with a spoon, and form them into balls with your hands.
Step 6
Bake the cookies in an oven preheated to 180ºC (350ºF) for 15 minutes.
