- Sugar 5 oz
- Baking Powder 0 oz

- Cinnamon 0 oz
- Nutmeg 0 oz
- Ground clove 0 oz
- Ginger 0 oz
- Chestnut puree 10 oz
- Soy Vanilla Milk 5 fl oz
- Ground clove 0 oz
- Vegetable Oil 5 fl oz
- Honey 0 oz
- Shelled pumpkin seeds to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 390°F. Lightly grease a muffin tin (about 12 cups) or line it with parchment paper.
Step 2
In a large bowl, sift together the flour, sugar, baking powder, salt, and spices. In another bowl, mix the puree, oil, milk, and molasses/syrup. Combine the contents of the two bowls and mix well.
Step 3
Fill the muffin cups 2/3 full, sprinkle with seeds if using, and place in the oven for 18–20 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean.
