Ingredients

  • Olive Oil 6 teaspoons
  • Oat flakes 5 oz
  • Honey 4 spoons
  • Salt ¼ spoons
  • Baking Powder 1 tablespoon
  • Nuts 0 oz

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Blend the oats in a blender until they reach a flour-like consistency.

Step 2

In a deep bowl, mix the oats, honey, salt, and olive oil.

Step 3

Chop the nuts

Step 4

Add the nuts to the dough. Knead it.

Step 5

Roll the dough into balls the size of a walnut and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. (Make sure to leave enough space between the balls, or they will merge into one large cookie.) Bake at 355°F for 15-20 minutes.
