Vegan Oat Pudding
Ingredients
- Instant Oats 10 oz
- Bananas 4 pieces
- Apple 4 pieces
- Honey 5 tablespoons
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Soak the oats in boiling water until they soften a bit. Add enough water to soften them, but make sure the resulting porridge is not too watery.
Step 2
Add finely chopped bananas and apples to the oats, and mix with honey.
Step 3
Transfer the mixture to a baking dish lined with parchment paper greased with vegetable oil.
Step 4
Bake in the oven at 390°F for 30 minutes. Enjoy!
