Ingredients

  • Wheat Flour 20 oz
  • Water 0 fl oz
  • Butter 5 oz
  • Salt 2 teaspoons
  • Sugar 1 teaspoon
  • Dry yeast 0 oz
  • Pickled Chanterelles 20 oz
  • Onion 1 head
  • Ground Black Pepper to taste

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Dissolve the yeast, sugar, and 1–2 teaspoons of flour in 60 ml of water and let it sit for 15 minutes. Mix the dissolved yeast, water, and butter with the flour to knead a soft dough, then place it in a warm place to rise.

Step 2

Chop the mushrooms into small pieces and finely chop the onion. Sauté in vegetable oil until fully cooked. Add salt and pepper.

Step 3

Knead the dough, roll it out, place the filling, and shape the pie. Bake in the oven for 15–20 minutes.
