- Bananas 2 pieces
- Strawberry 5 oz
- Raspberry leaves 5 oz
- Water 0 fl oz

Step 1
Cut the bananas into small pieces and place them in the freezer for a couple of hours.
Step 2
You can buy frozen or fresh berries. If using fresh, also place them in the freezer for 1–2 hours.
Step 3
Then load the frozen fruits into a blender. You can add a little water or milk for a creamier taste.
Step 4
Blend the contents until you achieve a thick, homogeneous mixture.
